Certification From Pakistan’s HEC

The Higher Education Commission Act of 2067 created the statutory and independent Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. 

The commission is in charge of the promotion, regulation, coordination, and quality assurance of higher education in Pakistan.

  • If your diploma is not in English, you will require a translation from NUML or the relevant embassy or university.
  • You also require a copy of your transcript (organized by year), diploma supplement, graduation statement, or record of studies, which should include the dates of your enrollment and degree completion.

Equalization Fee

If you wish to get credit for a local degree, complete the application form (E-01) at http://des.hec.gov.pk and then follow these steps.

Essential Papers

  • You must provide an original copy of each certificate or degree (beginning with the diploma or graduation) as well as your CNIC and the application processing fee in the form of a bank draught.
  • You also need a copy of your transcripts, which include the dates of your entrance, degree completion, and the length of each semester or term.

Certificate Of Equivalence For Deeni  Asnad

If you wish to get credit for a local degree, complete the application form (E-02) at http://des.hec.gov.pk and then follow these steps (duly signed and verified by concerned Madaris Nazim-e-Ala for Deeni Asnad).

Documents Necessary

Each Sanad/Kashful Darajat must be photocopied and fully signed by the relevant Madaris Nazim-e-Ala.

You must have a hard copy of each Sanad/Kashful Darajat (organized by year), which includes the dates of your entrance, degree completion, and the length of each semester/term.
